My nana was diagnosed with lung cancer on the 2nd of june 2008, she had a life saving operation at
the freeman hospital on the 5th of june then another on the 12th of june in sunderland royal
hospital, she was sadly taken from us on the 19th of june 2008.
My nana was the bravest person i have ever met whilst we were all falling apart she was always
strong, she always had a smile she never let any of it get her down.
my nana was a special person, she was funny,caring and loving,she was a very strong independant
woman. She would do anything for anybody,she would give what she had and leave herself with nothing
to help others.
My nana meant the world to me i love and miss her more every single day
i cannot believe i will never see her smiling face again or see her sitting on the chair with her
nose in a book or reading the echo.Christmas will never ever be the same again cos all the family
got together at my nanas and we had a party it just wont be the same without her.......

well hello my special lady, i love and miss u so so much, im so so sorry i aint been on 4 a while but just cos i aint been on here dont mean i aint thought about u every single day cos i have i think about u all the time, Well the kids r fine our brogan is doin great in karate n our bailee is just the same he is still a little sh*t haha, our harvey thinks every fone is called nana cos i have got yr foto as my screen saver n so has our allison n yvonne and christine so wen he wants a fone he says nana and he kisses yr picture he might b young but for as long as i have a breath in me he will neva forget his special great nana greta, i love you and miss u unconditonally so do the bairns and that will neva stop untill the day we meet u again, plz look over my grandad and make sure he gets well, we cant lose him as well. I wish u were here i really do, i love u nana more than words can say nite nite and sleep tight xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
